- 3D CAD engineering including FEA to analyze product safety criteria

- Optimize design for efficient and economic off-shore manufacturing
- Create and analyze physical prototype models to verify functionality.
- Develop packaging specification for shipping
- Manage all engineering documentation for off-shore manufacturing.
- Received several patents for innovative features.
The Result
The Pilot walker is significantly more advanced than any other
product on the market. It has a unique attractive look that differentiates
it from other walkers, and a feature set that is unmatched in the market
place including a standard integrated seat.
Definitive Design was announced a winner in the 2007 Medical Design
Excellence Awards based on their innovative design and engineering features
for the Full Life Pilot™ Walker.
