Full Life Step Up Cane

Project scope: Full Life asked Definitive to develop a quad cane with an internal folding step that would allow the user to safely step half the distance of a conventional step.

The Full Life Step-Up Cane provides the stability found in a standard quad leg cane with a unique patented flip-up platform that allows users to more easily negotiate curbs, stairs, vehicles, or other environmental obstacles. The buttons that activate the flip-up platform are bold, easy to see, and easy to activate with the simple tap of the foot. For those with leg impairments the Step-Up cane can significantly increase mobility, allowing users to safely step half of the distance of a conventional step. Users can adjust the height easily and the cane features comfort-grip ergonomic handles.
